1. The share of value added for food and beverage production has been dropping 2. Some industries produce under their nominal capacity (30% -50%) and some to close because of reasons like lack of liquidity, massive and irregular increase in imports, value added tax, etc. 3. The mean growth rate of value added in the food and beverage industry in Khorasan Razavi was approximately -18.09% in the years of 2000-2007, and also the mean growth rate of investment and employment in this sector was 13.12%, 0.57% which in some years show negative growth
