The aim of this study was to evaluate the productivity growth in Barely production of Iran country during 1992-2011 years. Using Tornqvist-Theil productivity index. The result show that , during the two first years , productivity index of Barely production ha increased relative to year 1992 (base year) but, has descending trend after that , so that at the terminal year of productivity index period of Barely production , relative to base year , decreased about , 30 Percent. During the total factors of barely production have very low fluctuated and its average during the total studied period was %7 Percent.
