The Eucalyptus camaldulensis is used to control several diseases derived from microbial infections. The development of bacterial resistance to presently available antibiotics has necessitated the need to search for new antibacterial agents. In this study, Eucalyptus camaldulensis leaves were dried in shadow and appropriate condition. After extraction with Methanol, antimicrobial effect of extract were determined by \\\\\\\"disk agar diffusion test\\\\\\\" in 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 Percent concentration of the extract against Staphylococcus aureus PTCC 2592. The results showed that in \\\\\\\"disk agar diffusion test, Eucalyptus camaldulensis Methanol extract, in 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 percent concentration, the mentioned extract have shown inhibition of pathogen growth, but there was no inhibitry on 10 percent. These data would indicate the potential usefulness of the Eucalyptus camaldulensis species as a natural antimicrobial in food products, antiseptic or as disinfectant agent.
