Abstract

Abstract: In this work,a simple, inexpensive and rapid pH metric titrations with analyzing data by principal component analysis(PCA) was applied to identify safe from adulterated saffron.Since the Crocin,coloring agent in saffron, and chemical pigments both are acidic we can titrated them with strong base.
