Abstract

One of the methods to improve the quality level of outgoing lot, during the inspection is rectifying inspection. In this study, rectifying multiple deferred state sampling plan is proposed as the proportion of nonconforming items is imprecise. The obtained results show that the outgoing lot quality is always better than the incoming lot quality under the operation of the proposed plan. An industrial example is provided to illustrate how the proposed plan can be applied to the real world.
