Abstract

In this paper, we use parametric form of fuzzy number and convert a Fredholm fuzzy integral equation to a linear system of Fredholm integral equations of the second kind in crisp case. The homotopy analysis method (HAM) is used to obtain the approximate solution of this system equations and hence an approximate solution of the Fredholm fuzzy integral equation of the second kind is obtained. The proposed method is illustrated by solving some numerical examples and the obtained results have been compared with the exact solution and results Adomian.
