Volatities of oil price and oil products in oil rising countries have had different impacts on macro econmic variable in these countries. On of these cases would be butch Disease in some mentioned countries. Empirical studies have shown that Dutch Disease in developing countries led to weaken agricultural sector in one side and from another side it seek to strength ning industrial sector. Present paper will deal to explore the effect of oil volatility on share of manufacturing value added and (GDP) as well as share of them in non-oil gross domestic product in Iran by using counteraction method separately. While research results support previous thearies about the relation between agricultural sector with oil revenues in the developing and oil-exparting countries, they show that the relation ship between oil price and share of manufacturing value- added with no-oil GDP.
