Abstract
The importance of using knowledge in organizations and the role of knowledge resources in organization\'s administration made knowledge management as a significant factor in organizational strategic policies. Knowledge management can influence on performance directly through integrating knowledge capitals of different organizational departments. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of knowledge management on performance of medium-sized and large-sized manufacturing companies with the mediating roles of organizational structure and organizational learning. This research is a survey-descriptive and practical study. Questionnaire has been used for collecting data. Content and construct validity and Cranach’s α method have been used for evaluating the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The population of this study contains medium-sized and large-sized manufacturing companies of Mashhad industrial town. We have used simple random sampling in this study. PLS software has been used for data analyzing. The analysis of 89 firms shows that the mediating role of organizational learning between knowledge management and organizational performance relationship is significant only through organizational complexity. However, the mediating role of organizational learning between knowledge management and organizational performance has been approved.
