Cell therapy is a modern approach in the treatment of most of the diseases which uses stem cells and it has been recently developed rapidly. Cell therapy has shown satisfactory results in this way. Our country, Iran, has played an important role in the development of this new method and the results of stem cell treatment used for the most of the diseases were successful. The results have led to provide clinical-services for these diseases. As a bunch of studies and researches has been done in this area, in Iran, our country has introduced itself as one of the most well known countries in cell therapy among other countries of the region and also all around the world. In this review, we have analyzed the related information of international clinical-services sites which deals with different types of diseases that are curable using cell based therapy. We also analyzed the different levels of study, different phases of clinical services, the number of researches have been done in other countries and their status of study. Consequently, we have compared these results and information with Iran and other countries and ranked them based on cell therapy to find its position among other most advance countries in the field of cell therapy.
