Abstract: Information Technology has influenced business process in a big way in the last few decades, among other thing IT has brought about a phenomenal change to Supply Chain Management throughout the world. In this paper at first has described major issues in traditional SC. Next we attention of the SCM, External logistic, Push model and Pull model ,… and technologies that have risen to importance with the prevalence of E-B. and finally, with regard to economic growth plan in Iran and existence problem, we proposed on new model for textile industry SCM in Iran to solve part of problems in this industry.
