Future can be established good, bad, absorption, sweet, bitter, sad dream and. The aim of future study is systematic study of the future, in other words is science and art discovery of future and shape to a desirable world of tomorrow. The aim of this study was clarify the future of human resources of sports organizations and tried to make offer the possible futures with analysis of environmental scenarios. So the methodology of this study was future studies with kind of scenario making. In This study to identify the key factors affecting future of human resources in sport organizations in the first step was used of interview with 16 scholars and experts of futures and Sports Management. After conducting interviews two general areas affecting the future of human resources were obtained as software threat and fundamental changes of environment and then three scenarios of optimistic, realistic and pessimistic were presented in each of the subtitle. Sports organizations can create favorable future to themselves with planning according these achieved factors.
