Abstract
Abstract. In this paper, we investigate the structure of the cozero divisor graph of the semigroup Z-n, denoted by T'(Z-n). We obtain some graph theo- retical properties of T'(Z-n) including its genus, eigenvalues and energy of the graph. Also, we determine the number of spanning trees in T'(Z-n).
