Abstract

Introduction: Different peripheral condition as altitude and hypoxia can affect exercise function level. Peripheral fatigue is one of muscular processes causing metabolic and Neuromuscular systems function reduction for activity continuity and muscular contraction can be retained for long time. As result, it leads to athletes mental and physical function and functional precision. This research aims comparing effects of ascent to three thousand altitude with three different intensity on male and female nonprofessional climber peripheral fatigue, HIF-1a, LDH, CK, LA, and Vo2max. Methodology: This semi-experimental research was done on 60 amateur male and female mountaineers with 25to 26 years old mean, 57 to 72 KG weight, 22 to 25 KG/m2BMI and 40 to 45 mL/KG.min Vo2max.Subjects ascended to 3 thousand altitude Salook mountaintop with three different intensity of maximum heart rate (60-70-80), 12/45±5/86% gradient, 9/74±4/54 °C and 36/91±5/10% humidity and 761±39/04 mmHg barometric pressure in three female experimental groups (n=3*10) and three male experimental groups (n=3*10). Bloodletting and statistical data was measured in three stages, before ascending, immediately after ascending to altitude, 2 hours after residence in three thousand altitude. One way ANOVA was used along repeated measurements with significance level(0/05) for data analysis( table 1 and 2 and 3). Results: Study results showed changes in mountaineers’ weight, BMI, fat percentage and Vo2 max. Creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase and lactate serum concentration was changed significantly in three females groups and three males groups. Conclusion: According to recent project results, it seems that ascending to three thousand altitude with definite intensity caused Creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase and lactate serum concentration increasing along Vo2 max reduction in addition to energy economic consumption.
