The majority of universities are nowadays trying to increase the effectiveness of emerging technologies in their educational activities. Technology affects different aspects of life and there is an inevitable interaction between technology and learning. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of mediation role of student satisfaction on the relationship between educational quality, service quality and acceptance of e-learning among Karbala University students. The present study is practical in terms of objective and descriptive in terms of methodology, with the integration of structural equation. Required data was collect among Karbala University students through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed by random stratified sampling method. Finally, 384 questionnaires were analyzed using Lisrel software. Based on the findings of the present study, educational quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on students' satisfaction and acceptance of e-learning. Also, the effect of educational quality and quality of service on admission of e-learning was confirmed by the role of mediation of student satisfaction. Finally, the results showed that students' satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the acceptance of e-learning.
