Abstract
Blood and its product in some cases are only vital and sanative medicine for the patients. In this research a new assignment model is presented for blood assignment in stochastic environment. Also, a hybrid algorithm of particle swarm optimization and monte carlo simulation is presented to solve the problem.Finally, the model is applied in Yazd blood organization.
