Abstract

Achieving high levels of productivity is one of the most important ideals of managers in every organizations and many experts consider it as the ultimate aim of management science. Although several concepts facilitate achieving high levels of Productivity, organizational cohesion as an emerging concept which has many managerial requirements, is expected to contribute to improving employees’ productivity. The present study used fuzzy neural networks to measure this relationship which has more predictive power than other statistical methods due to its networking architecture and learning algorithms, thus Is a useful tool for modeling and controlling complex systems in terms of developing traditional fuzzy inference systems. The statistical population of this study was all employees of Mashhad Bus organization (58 people), which by using a Morgan sampling method, 49 persons were investigated as a statistical sample. A questionnaire was used for data collection and the results were analyzed using the adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system. The results indicated that although all aspects of organizational cohesion had an effect on improving employees\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' productivity and by improving them, employees’ productivity would be increased, the components of fundamental values, leadership’s style and coordination, would facilitate and accelerate the impact of other components on productivity. It seems that they should be the prioritized on the top of the list in the organization\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s administrative transformation programs.
