Abstract
The results revealed that boiling for a short time can decrease the harmful factors in the water to a desirable level. On the other hand, the amount of nitrite increased significantly due to prolonged water heating, which should be considered. Also, HWTDs methods could reduce water pollution significantly, but they are questionable due to the simultaneous removal of water salts. Hence, using a survey and comparing the present study results, short-term boiling of drinking water can be suggested as the best possible option.
