In the experimental investigation carried out, the performance of a two-phase closed thermosyphon (heat pipe) with water as the working fluid for thermal control batch reactor was studied. And the effect of some operation variables such as time, input heat power, filling ratio and materials on the reactor temperature were studied. The results obtained in this research project were the consistency of the temperature inside the reactor and the optimal filling ratio.
