Ruminal and post-rumina I disappearance of various Iranian ruminant feeds including barley. maize and triticale grains; soybean and cottonseed meals; soy\\\\\\\'and cotton seeds; luceme hay. luceme silage, maize silage, whole barely silage and wheat straw; sugar beet pulp and wheat bran; and Fish meal were evaluated using in situ mobile bag technique and an in vitro enzyme procedure. Procedures did not have an effect (P > 0.05) on rates of rumina I and post-ruminal disappearance of the various feeds. The best correlation was observed when results of ruminal protein disappearance determined by the in situ mobile bag technique were plotted against the in vitro enzyme procedure (r= 0.66).
