In this paper we discussed a new numerical technique in the study Aorto-cononaric bypass anastomoses configuration using unsteady Stoke equations. The theory of optimal control based on notations of meaure theory, functional analysis and linear programming , is applied in order to optimize the shape of the zone of incoming branch of the bypass (the toe) into the coronary.
