Full TextAbstract
تا کنون دو نوع دیابت I و II شناسایی شده اند. دیابت نوع I یا دیابت جوانی به نام دیابت جوانی به نام دیابت غیروابسته به انسولین تخریب شده و لذا انسولین تولید نمی کنند. در دیابت نوع II با نام دیابت بالغین اختلال در استفاده از انسولین ایجاد می شود. به منظور بررسی مکانیسم های مولکولی تغییر یافته احتمالی در مغز در دیابت نوع II بر آن شدیم تا مدل حیوانی مقاوم به انسولین را ایجاد کنیم.
