Full TextAbstract
The structure of a new organotin(IV) complex with formula [4-NH3C6H4-NO2]+2[Sn(CH3)2Cl4]2- is reported. This crystal belongs to space group P21/c with cell dimensions a = 7.8026(4)Ǻ, b = 20.8627(11)Ǻ, c = 6.8990Ǻ, B = 111.4560; the final R value is 0.0291. This compound exists as a three-dimensional polymer produced by intermolecular N-H...Cl and N-H...O hydrogen bonds. Also, weak C-H...O and C-H...Cl hydrogen bonds were observed in the crystal lattice.
