Abstract
In this paper, using an algebraic topological relashionship between the relative Shur multiplier, the fundamental group and the third homology group of the cofiber of a cofibration sequence of E-M spaces corresponding to G, we present some famous properties of the relative shur multiplier and its structure for the free product and the direct product with an algebraic topological approach. Also we prove that the relative Shur multiplier commutes with direct limits in some senses.
