Nonprismatic thin walled beams and columns, which are used by the designers, can not be analyzed for stability by classical methods. In order to find the critical loads for such members, a geometrical nonlinear analysis is required. This numerical scheme needs computer facility, complex programming, and an expert user. Such an analysis is done by the authors for generally used sections and loadings. In each case, about 300 to 500 analyses are performed and the results, without any formulation, are given in this paper. Here, the outputs are refined, nondimensionalized, generalized, and tabulated accurately for use by ordinary designers.
