Abstract
Phosphoramidates are an important class of compounds due to their different applications in medicine, pharmacology, agriculture and coordination chemistry. Some new phosphorus compounds with formula [(C6H4(3-CH3)NH)]9[P(O)]3(C2H5O)3 (1), [(C6H5O)2P(O)(NHC6H11)] (2), has been synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C and 31P{1H} NMR, IR. Moreover single crystal X-ray diffraction was performed for compound 1. Single crystal X-ray analysis shows that it belongs to triclinic system, space group P-1, with a = 12.5401(11) Å, b = 12.8961(7) Å, c = 23.8258(10) Å, = 92.411(4), = 101.934(5), = 114.075(6), Z = 6. The crystal lattice of compound 1 contains three crystallographically independent phosphoramidate molecules as well as three hydrogenbonded C2H5OH molecules with slightly differences in the bond lengths, angles and torsion angles. The O-H…O and N-H…O hydrogen bonds are responsible for the extended chain aggregation in crystal network.
