Abstract
This work reports an efficient, mild and convenient method for the synthesis of some novel 14-substituted-14Hdibenzo[a,j]xanthenes in the presence of silica-supported ferric hydrogensulfate (SFH) Fe(HSO4)3/SiO2 (10 mol%) as a new catalyst.
