Abstract: this research has been performed to study the effecting of emotional intelligence reinforcement on the controlling of bullying behavior in teenagers. this research was a kind of qui-experimental (pre test and post test) with control group. For this reason among 100 students that was selected by clustered random sampling method, 20 students was selected with bulling smi structured interview screening as a bully, and divided randomly on test and control group. The investigation questionnaire was schutte EQ questionnaire that both of groups fill in tow step of pre test and post test and at the end again was done a bullying semi structured interview. SPSS15 software\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s, t-test, \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' Pierson correlation coefficient and regression analyze used to analyze data and hypothesis . between EQ boys teenagers and bullying was negative power correlation (r= -./853). So EQ reinforcement on bully teenagers led improve in statement of emotion, regulation, assessment, present emotional and reduced bully behavior .moreover EQ can predict bullying behaviors significantly. bulling have high prevalence on teenager and it had negative result, therefore the EQ skills training can help them on emotional adjusting ,assessment ,regulation and using emotion and reduced bully behaviors.
