By using a single band tight-binding Hamiltonian and the Green’s function approach together, we studied the effect of electrical field on a ferromagnetic electrode-Zigzag Graphene Nano Ribbon -FM systems. Our results show that in current-voltage curve for the parallel and ant parallel alignment, a negative differential is appeared which is in agreement with experimental and theoretical results of others.
