Abstract
The one-pot procedure for synthesis of highly-substituted biaryl derivatives has been described via cyclocondensation reaction between vinyl malononitriles and acetylenic esters. A series of complex biaryls containing one-donor and three-acceptor moieties was obtained with good yields.
