Wavelet analysis has found a wide range of applications in Physics, Engi- neering and applied mathematics in the last few years. The continuous wavelet trans- form on Affine and Heisenberg groups has been discussed during the last decade, but in one point of view these groups are semidirect product of two locally com- pact abelian groups. In this respect, we introduce the continuous wavelet transforms associated to some square integrable representations of the semidirect of K and H, where K and H are two locally compact groups and K is also abelian. Then we study a more general case in which we introduce a class of continuous wavelet trans- forms obtained from the generalized quasi-regular representations of homogeneous spaces.
