Abstract
In recent decades many research show the complexes contain aromatic heterocyclic ring such as bipyridine and phenanthroline as a good metallointercalators tend to connect to DNA [1, 2]. The ability of vanadium and copper in the DNA cleavage has led to its use in anticancer applications [3]. Therefore, modeling and the structure of the copper and vanadium environment investigation are considered with asymmetric ligands.
