Our planet is facing with the fast development and grows of new and emerging science and technologies. Nanobiotechnology and nanomedicine are the latest of such technologies in the field of biology and medicine. Using nano-materials for diagnostic, treatment and prevention of diseases or stem cells for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine are amongst fastest growing technologies. Beside their safety issues, the ethical, legal and social implications of using such technologies in human, animals and environment are of great concerns. Nanoethics is a newly emerged branch of science which deals with ethical, legal and social implications of new and emerging science and technologies in general and nanothechnology in particular. Therefore the moral and legal argumentation of using these technologies in the society is a major challenge for bioethicians and other relevant authorities. These issues will be discussed in this paper.
