Abstract
Co supported on Al2O3, SiO2, CNT, and MCM-40 were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation. The influence of the different supports on the size of cobalt particles and dispersion, catalyst reducibility and water-gas shift activity and FTS activity and products selectivity was studied by different techniques, including XRD, H2-chemisorption, N2 adsorption measurements, TPR and O2 titration.
