چکیده

In this research, magnesium ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized by sol–gel/combustion method. The influences of pH value of the precursor solution on crystallite size of synthesized powders were investigated with X-ray diffraction technique. Their mean crystalline size vary for the nanoparticles synthesized at different pH.The M–H loop of MgFe 2 O 4 has been traced using a Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) . The magnetic properties such as; saturation magnetization (Ms), remnant magnetization (Mr) and coercivety (Hc) have been also investigated and found to be changed for different values of pH, which may be attributed to the different size,shape anistropy and surface morphology of the nanoparticles.
