Introduction: The Group therapy means the use of psychotherapy techniques in order to take advantage of the interaction with group members. This study analyzes the effectiveness of psycho – analytic group therapy on attachment style and resiliency of DIC addicted woman center. Materials and Methods: In this study, method used was control group before and after test and the clinical trial. The study population included all the women in addicted DIC center in Mashhad in the first quarter of 1392, 30 individuals were selected and randomly assigned into two groups of 15 people as experimental and control groups. Experimental group received psycho- analytic group therapy and control group was put on a waiting list for comparison. In this study, two tests were used one of them was attachment styles from Hazen & Shaver and the other was resiliency scale from Connor & Davidson. Data was analyzed with the independent samples t test. Results: The subscales of resiliency in pre – test wasn’t different between the two groups. But in post – test seen significant difference was observed between the two groups at the (0/05) alpha level. The attachment subscale was not different between the two groups at pre – test. But it was different between the two groups in post – test at the (0/01) alpha level. Discussion: Psycho – analytic group therapy on attachment styles and resiliency of DIC addicted woman centers is effective which demonstrate the transference communication between the members and groups
