Abstract
In this paper, the performance of a dual-band circularly polarized wearable antenna is described. The antenna structure is made from common clothing fabrics and operates at 2.4 GHz and 5.7 GHz. A microstrip feed line has been utilized which couples the power to the antenna using an aperture in the ground plane. The performance of the antenna under bending conditions is studied and specific absorption rate (SAR) for each band frequency of 2.4 GHz and 5.7 GHz will be discussed.
