Abstract

Chemical Substances which migrate from packaging into food during exposure can cause health problems. Based on the amount and type of them different regulations exists that put limitations on the migration value or the packaging formula. The present work studies the effect of type and condition of process by reporting on the migration of the antioxidant Irganox1010 from high density polyethylene samples, prepared by injection molding and compression molding in different conditions, of fatty food stimulant.
