Abstract
1 The physicochemical and pharmacological properties of pyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridazine on the treatment of neuropathic pain[1] and anti-inflammatory activities[2]have been reported. Inhibitory activities ofseveral derivatives of this system on Cyclin-Dependent Kinases, HIV-1 Reverse Transcriptase and p38a mitogen-activated protein kinase[3] is determined.Hence, in this study wereport an efficient synthesis of new derivatives of 1-(4,7-diphenyl-4,7-dihydro-1Hpyrazolo[3,4-c]pyridazin-5-yl)ethanone that have been obtained by a very simple and straight forwardheterocyclization.The structures of all the synthesized products have been elucidated thoroughlybyelementalanalysis and spectral data.
