Abstract
To study the structure and dynamic properties of liposomal suspension with polyethylene glycol (PEG), we used small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and dynamic light scattering techniques. Light scattering experiment revealed that increase in PEG concentration decreased diffusion coefficient of liposomal structure. Moreover, cholesterol addition contributed to reduction of collective diffusion coefficient in the presence of PEG polymer. The SAXS experiment showed that the size and interaction of the liposome nanoparticle increased with an increase in PEG and cholesterol concentration.
