Abstract
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate The effective learning based on choice theory. The method of this research is Qualitative research that is a analytical-conclusion. Glasser (1998) postulates all human behavior is a choice, and said choices are driven by internal instincts and basic needs. Learning is relatively permanent change in behavior or behavioral potentional as a result of practice or experience. The results showed that needs and relationship have important role in effective learning. then for learning improvement have necessity that teachers use methods with emphasis on Glasser´s choice theory.
