The present study examined the effects of restrictions on rice cultivation in the shadows near Shiraz, Fars Province, utility planning model - was dealt with efficiently. Results showed that the application of these policies do not work so much water and reduction does not cause the farmers In response to this policy acreage of other crops like beans that are high in water or in any product will increase the impact of this policy more water and to reduce water use lowered
