Abstract
In this paper, we discuss on the object of measurement error effect on the performance of the process capability analysis based on traditional tolerance interval and the process capability index based on fuzzy tolerance interval which is presented by Yongting [8]. Measurement error can be due to insufficient gauge calibration or external influences on the measurement device. We consider two case systematic and random measurement errors.
