Abstract: Today the survival and growth of the competitive business world depends on speedy product development, speedy delivery and maintaining quality in the international standard at low cost with added value to the consumers. They have not done without modern technologies. One of these technologies is Information Technology(IT). It has influenced business process in a big way in the last few decades, among other thing IT has brought about a phenomenal change to Supply Chain Management throughout the world. In this paper at first has described major issues in traditional Supply Chain. Next we gave attention on the SCM, External logistic, and technologies that have risen to importance with the prevalence of E-Business and to improve the productivity i.e. minimize cost and quick delivery, and finally we can say that all of these benefits are transferring to the customers and the companies in this sector guarantee their business with apply this technology
