This study aims at comparing the effect of teaching Arabic language through NBLT model and traditional PPP approach on improving learning Arabic language in learners. Knowledge of Arabic language teachers on learning process and language teaching has an important role in gaining proficiency by Arabic learners. PPP model including three methods namely presentation, practice and production is emphasized in teaching Persian language. According to the needs and challenges related to communicative competence faced by language learners, a suitable model called NBLT ( Network- Based Language Teaching) is presented as a new electronic teaching method. The authors explain traditional and electronic teaching comparatively- analytically. The results show that not only is using NBTL is effective in improving language learners, but also attractiveness, updating, communicative- interactive competence and dis-suggestion may play an important role in language learners outputs related to PPP
