Abstract
In this paper, we study the infinitesimal generator of two-parameter tensor product 0 C - groups. In particular, we proved a necessary and sufficient conditions for two-parameter 0 C -group to be approximately inner. Use this fact we prove that, the two-parameter tensor product of two approximately inner one-parameter 0 C -groups is approximately inner.
