Abstract
In this paper, a series of computational phantoms (males and females) were developed based on computed tomography (CT) images of a healthy Iranian population. The Monte Carlo calculation method was then used to estimate organ doses and their uncertaintiesto the hyperthyroid patient from administration of iodine-l31.
