Introduction: The purpose of this study was to The effectiveness of Grouply training of Glasser's choice theory on improving relations between parent - child and reducing symptoms of aggression in female students with aggressive symptoms. Methods: The study was designed in an semi-experimental design with pretest, post-test, and with a control group. Participants were assigned to two groups. Experimental group received 10 session grouply training glasser's choice theory and the control group did not receive any special training. study's population was all students of the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in the first step by calling for volunteers who have announced and then randomly divided were replaced into control and experimental groups . Tools questionnaire relationship parent-child PCRS and AQ is the Aggression Questionnaire. Results: descriptive indexes showed that differenced in pre-test and post-test mean's in two group, and MANCOVA multivariate showed that this results is significant. Conclusion: The results indicated a quality improvement of relations between parent - child (relationship with mother and father) is in the experimental group. Also observed reducing symptoms of aggression in the experimental group. Finally, The grouply training of Glasser's choice theory to improve relations parent-child and reduced the symptoms of aggression
