Abstract
Energy use is increasing rapidly. Technology development and growing population are the reasons for these growth. Due to fossil fuel sources depletion, importance of environmental issues and decrease in carbon emission, it is required to use energy in efficient way. Also it is necessary to replace alternatives for producing energy in order to reduce carbon emission. Nowadays renewable sources such as wind and solar energy are considered. Since these sources are dependent on natural situations, it is important to use them efficiently. In this paper we propose a mathematical model to minimize the investment costs in order to use the sources efficiently.
