چکیده
Recently, graphene oxide has attracted researchers’ attention because of its outstanding and unique chemical, optical, electrical and mechanical properties. In this research, graphene oxide nano-sheets were grown on catalytic copper substrate by Chemical Vapor Deposition method. XRD, AFM and Raman Spectroscopy characterizations proved the formation of single and multi layers of graphene oxide.
