Abstract
Miscibility of Polyvinylchloride/Polycaprolactone (PVC/PCL) Blend has been studied by the compressible regular solution (CRS) model and Dilute Solution Viscometry (DSV) method. It was found that phase behavior predicted by CRS model, is so sensitive to solubility parameter (δ) of components. So, it was tried to obtain the exact value of PVC and PCL's δ by using their intrinsic viscosity. The result showed THF is the best solvent for them. Phase diagram calculated by CRS model, indicated miscibility of blend up to 150°C. According to ∆[
